Yes, you can upgrade your pod type up to 24 hours before your session, subject to availability. Downgrades must be requested at least 48 hours in advance for a refund of the difference.
What's included with editing support?
Our $50 video editing package includes one hour of professional editing time, producing three finished clips (up to 60 seconds each) with basic color correction, audio enhancement, and simple transitions.
How early should I arrive for setup?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you've booked setup support, please arrive 20-30 minutes early to work with our technician.
